How to use

1. Pour the entire amount of Bottle 1 and Bottle 2 in the Mixing Shaker.
2. Tighten the cap and strongly shake the Shaker 30 times or more with both hands.
3. Apply sufficient amount of foam to dry hair.
4. Leave on for 30 minutes. After rinsing the mixture out and using shampoo/conditioner, dry your hair with a towel.
5. Style hair as desired.

Additional tips!

• Make sure the product has been stored at room temperature between 68 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit at least one hour before mixing.
• If you have color resistant hair, you can extend the deposit time by an additional 5 minutes for a total of 35 minutes.
• Make sure hair is fully saturated with the product.

How do I apply the product when I have natural regrowth and previously colored/lightened hair?

Apply the dye to the most damaged areas last. Damaged hair tends to be easier to dye. If you dye damaged and healthy areas in the same way, the color will tend to be uneven, so apply the dye to damaged areas last.

How many boxes do I need to color my hair?

One entire box is enough for one use on shoulder length hair. If you have long hair or a lot of hair, we recommend using at least two boxes.

How do I pick the right shade for me?

We generally recommend choosing the color that is closest to your desired shade. However, if you have thicker or color resistant hair we recommend choosing a shade that is slightly lighter than you want. You can also extend the deposit time by an additional 5 minutes for a total of 35 minutes.

What is the processing time?

Processing time is 30 minutes. If you have color resistant hair, you can extend the development time by an additional 5 minutes for 35 minutes total.

Does Hoyu Beatuylabo Whip provide gray coverage?

Hoyu Beauty Labo Whip was specially designed to lift/darken hair to a fun fashion color and does not provide 100% gray coverage. Although the basic mechanism for dyeing gray hair and natural hair is the same, the color will look different based on the undertones and will likely not provide full deposit on grays.

Can I use Hoyu Beatuylabo Whip for root touch ups only?

To avoid unwanted banding/spots on root touch ups, we recommend applying to the regrowth first making sure it is fully saturated. Then, pull through to the ends for the last 5-10 minutes of deposit time to ensure proper blending.

What is the benefit of using a foam color?

Foam hair dyes are one of the easiest to use due to their intuitive nature. They can be lathered into hair much like shampoo, without missing spots, and doesn’t require technical skill or additional tools. This is a great option for those looking to color their whole head and/or for more vibrant colors than need touch-ups.

Can you save and store this product for future use?

No, this is a single-use product. Please pour both bottle 1 and 2 into the Shaker and shake as directed. If you have any foam remaining after coloring, dispose the foam separately from the Shaker.

How do I dispose of leftover mixture?

Make sure mixture has been fully rinsed out from shaker. Avoid closing the lid with any mixture still inside; securing the lid with the foam in it can cause the container to explode.
